Amber Hendrickson Monte, Director
Amber Hendrickson Monte has been involved in property management since 1999, and is currently the Vice President of Operations for Investment Property Group. IPG owns and operates 70 manufactured home communities, 34 of which are in Oregon. Amber has played an active role in the growth and continued success of IPG. She is also a partner in the newly launched website MHUnited.com, which is a manufactured housing website for listing and buying mobile homes, and also provides other services including insurance, financing, and industry related news articles. Amber has ownership interests in a manufactured home community located in Josephine County.

Thomas P. Kerr, Director and Education Programs Chairman
Tom Kerr has been involved with mobilehome parks since 1972 when he became executive director of Western Mobilehome Association, the business association of park owners and developers. In addition to developing education programs for WMA, he has been a frequent speaker at seminars and an instructor at courses. Since 1984, Tom has had ownership interests in seven Oregon mobilehome parks in Multnomah, Benton, and Jackson Counties.
