Oregon Park Owners Alliance Leadership

Paul Koch, President Emeritus
A second generation Oregonian who grew up in McMinnville and graduated from Linfield College, Paul Koch has had successful automobile dealerships and real estate businesses as well as ownership of three Oregon mobilehome parks in Clackamas and Tillamook Counties.  Paul has held leadership positions in mobilehome park associations and the chamber of commerce, and he has been active in state and local political campaigns.
Paul Brewer, Vice President and Legislative Chairman
At age 8 years, Paul Brewer moved to Oregon with his family.  He attended local schools and earned two degrees at Southern Oregon University.  His business activities have included ownership interests in six Oregon mobilehome parks in Jackson, Josephine, Deschutes, and Yamhill Counties since 1987.  Paul has been a strong property rights advocate in meetings of the Tenant-Landlord Legislative Coalitions for nearly 10 years.  He is a member of the board of directors of the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum in McMinnville.

Susan G. Zimmerman, Secretary
Susan Zimmerman has been involved in residential property management for about thirty years; and exclusively the management of manufactured home communities for twenty five years.  She is currently the President and Owner for Home Park Consulting, LLC specializing in the management of manufactured communities.  Susan is a past board member for both Manufactured Housing of Oregon (MHCO) and Arizona Mobile Home Association.  She is currently a committee member for Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association (WMA).  She has held positions of President and Chief Portfolio Officer for two large multi-state management companies; before the start-up of her own business.  During the past twenty-five years she has had direct operational responsibility for over 100 communities in 19 states.  With ownership interest in a manufactured home community herself, Susan maintains interest in all things affecting our industry.
